Tough. My best advice is that if you suspect something set you off, take a physical body check. If you feel you've gotten warm, or your mind is still stuck on the last play, then sit out. It's easier to say than do, but if you are determined to be good at this game, it's important you force yourself to do it. Stay at the table if you want, but give yourself some time to cool off and re-focus.

If it's really bad, then just quit.

    Hello,

Some days ago I finished a book, well, the Book! The poker Mindset: Essential Attitudes for Poker Success by Mathew Hilger & Ian Taylor.

Don’t know if you have read it but I believe that is a mandatory steep to do it well in poker.

    Cordially,
    AA:Raise, J3 3Bets, Aces go All-in, J3 Call
    J3 Won the pot with a full-house
J3 Said: lol Clown Fish lol
