Hi Russel I'm reading some you articles and it seems you're an expert, i'm using some iphone stuff named "brain trainer - gamers mind") that uses binaural beats to possibly help gamers in focusing their actions and another one named "attractor" with an inception program for subconsciously repeat some mantra during meditation sessions.
What is your opinion about it? do you think that can be for my pre-session training? what about using it during the session to reduce tilting risk and maybe being more mentally focused? i'm actually testing and hope to read you opinion, ty
