Counting Outs - Tricky hand

Hey guys.

I've been using APD to count outs for a couple of weeks now, but I've run into this hand and I'm stumped.

Here's the details:


Board: 3h3dQd
Hero: TdQh
Opponent: 3sAs
Outs: 3
Odds: 12


The problem here is that APD reports the three outs are the remaining queens, but I figure if a queen hits the board my opponent has the nuts-full-house which is unbeatable where I'm just left with trip queens.

Have I missed something here? :-)

You would have a higher full house if a Q hit. Are you trying to trick us somehow?
