I didn't really notice it before but there was certain times when I would play too desperately and it would result in being too aggressive. It would amplify if I would get played back at and I could lose buyins very quickly before I would calm down.
I don't know why I would be I that state of mind but never the less, I was. I now can tell when I have that kind of mindset and just remind myself to be very nitty at those times. It is like putting a harness on myself. I have only discovered it this month after playing for 4 years or so now. I have had to do this about 2 times this month and I haven't spewed yet although I did get into a couple good size pots with A high having to barrel but they were good spots.
I think when I was in a bad mindset before I would just be in more of these spots that were not good spots, even if they were the right idea. When I play over aggressive and not selectively I lose $ very quickly.
As for posting HHs the only thing I believe that would be relevant would be how your mindset could be affecting your opponents. Like you could say " I have lost 2 big pots and am slightly on tilt and I have 3 bet OTB the last 3 orbits. I think villains calling range is wider than usual here."
If your mindset isn't affecting the flow of the game I don't think the advice you receive would be any different.
