can't import???

So when I try to import I get a message stating that basic version only works on 50nl and that I can upgrade. Well I sure wish I was needing to upgrade but unfortionately I am only playing at 5nl at this time. It did do one import correctly but can't get it to do again. Your help will be appreciated!

Sorry I should add that I get this message when I click on the stake level.

Perhaps you changed users in HM without knowing it. I'd try exiting HM and re-opening it.
