Do you really think a loose passive fish is more likely to bluff the river than call to light?
 
I would bet the river myself for value unless I thought he were very likely to have a flush and then I would c/f.

Loose passive you are better off bet / folding the river rather than turning your hand into a bluff catcher. You're going to lose value when he checks behind his two pair or top pair, maybe even worse straight.

The more you know, the less you need.
